The EUNIS Board of Directors is pleased to invite submissions for the 14th EUNIS Elite Award for Excellence.<\/p>\n
The main purpose of the EUNIS Elite Award is to recognize and promote best practice in some aspect of the use of information systems in higher education in Europe. The competition \u00a0will:<\/p>\n
Submissions for the Award may come from any area related to information systems, including for example:<\/p>\n
The panel of judges needs to see evidence of successful implementation. Entries will score well if they clearly show some or all of the following:<\/p>\n
Entries will not be restricted to in-house developments only. Solutions acquired elsewhere will also be accepted for consideration by the judges, but there must be clear evidence of original and imaginative use of the technology by the institution making the submission.<\/p>\n
All Full Members of EUNIS are eligible to compete for the Elite Award for Excellence, including institutions in national organizations in membership of EUNIS. A brief summary of the project is also required.<\/p>\n Submission procedure and deadline for 2014<\/b><\/p>\n Extended abstract submission at EUNIS 2014 Congress (see http:\/\/eunis2014.se\/), Award<\/b><\/p>\n The project team of the winning submission will receive an honorary diploma and an art piece. The winner of the Award will have an invited slot at the Congress. \nOnly one entry per institution will be accepted.
\nA member of the winning team must register to attend the Congress<\/b> and be ready to present and preferably make a demonstration of the project.
\nThe submission document for the Elite Award should describe:<\/p>\n\n
\nAnd in the same time, indication of intention to submit an entry for the Elite Award contest.
