EUNIS 2020 Annual Congress: Call for Abstracts<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Submission for abstracts has closed!<\/span><\/h3>\n

EUNIS (European University Information Systems organisation) is happy to announce a call for papers for its 2020 Annual Congress with the theme \u201cOpening Education for the Future\u201d. The Congress will take place on 10-12 June 2020 at the University of Helsinki in Helsinki, Finland.<\/p>\n

This congress presents an opportunity for sharing experiences amongst international specialists, users, researchers, decision-makers, and teaching staff from all over Europe. The event provides an ideal audience to present and publish the latest results of research, development, and deployment of Information Technology in HEIs.<\/p>\n

All submissions and updates are done in the Presentation Portal<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Types of submission<\/h3>\n

Submissions can be one of the following types:<\/p>\n

Scientific<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 presentation of research work and results in a paper session. A submission consists of a describing text and extended abstract \/ and optional full paper.<\/p>\n

Technological<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 presentation covering technological aspects of digitalization in HEIs. A submission consists of a describing text, extended abstract and optional full paper.<\/p>\n

Good Practice<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 examples of successful digitalization initiatives or projects in HEIs. A submission consists of a describing text,\u00a0 extended abstract and optional full paper.<\/p>\n

Poster<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 compact presentation of scientific\/technological topics or practical experiences of digitalization in HEIs. A submission consists of a describing text, extended abstract and optional full paper.<\/p>\n

Guidelines<\/h3>\n

Describing text and extended abstract<\/h4>\n

The submission consists of a\u00a0describing text<\/strong>\u00a0(word limit 300) and an\u00a0extended abstract<\/strong>. For accepted submissions the describing text will be presented in the congress app, the extended abstracts will be included in Preprints and there will be a presentation during Congress.<\/p>\n

The describing text is to be typed directly into the submission form.<\/p>\n

The Extended Abstract must consist of a maximum of 2 pages based on the template guidelines and be uploaded as a\u00a0pdf<\/strong>-file.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Review<\/h3>\n

All submitted abstracts will go through a review process carried out by the EUNIS Scientific Committee. The reviews will identify the papers\/abstracts that will be accepted for presentation at the Congress. Accepted abstracts will be published during the Congress Proceedings prior to the Congress.<\/p>\n

Full paper<\/h3>\n

Once an abstract presentation has been accepted to the congress, authors may submit a 10 page full paper.<\/p>\n
