The event also provides a unique opportunity for sharing knowledge, experiences and good practices in the area of digital transformation in higher education amongst international specialists, decision-makers, users, researchers, students and teaching staff.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions of scientific, technological or \u201cbest practice\u201d works in the fields of Administration, Science and Technology, and Teaching in Higher Education Institutions, are invited in the following tracks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership &amp; Management\n<ul>\n<li>Management Frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Governance and Policies<\/li>\n<li>Open Science<\/li>\n<li>Digital Sovereignty<\/li>\n<li>Business Intelligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>ICT Infrastructure &amp; Security\n<ul>\n<li>Information Security<\/li>\n<li>ICT in Research<\/li>\n<li>Standards<\/li>\n<li>Interoperability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Teaching &amp; Learning\n<ul>\n<li>Student Experience<\/li>\n<li>Student Mobility<\/li>\n<li>Educational Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Guidelines for Submission<\/h2>\n<p>All submissions have to be uploaded to the EasyChair portal, to be reviewed by the EUNIS 2022 Scientific Committee (ESC). This year, a single submission process will be used:<\/p>\n<p>A submission consists of a 4-page to 10-page paper, which includes an \u201cabstract\u201d of no more than 300 words, to be displayed on the congress website, and a short bio of the author(s).<br \/>\nThe submissions have to follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/eunis.org\/eunis2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/11\/EUNIS-Easychair-compatible-template-2022.docx\">EasyChair template<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accepted papers will be proposed for an oral presentation during the Congress, and will later appear in the <a href=\"https:\/\/eunis.org\/erai\/2022-1\/\">European Journal of Higher Education IT (EJHEIT) 2022-1 issue<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Beyond this first selection, the Scientific Committee will choose papers among accepted submissions for one or more of the following purposes:\n<ul>\n<li>Nomination for the <a href=\"https:\/\/eunis.org\/awards\/eunis-elite-award\/\">Elite award<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nomination for the <a href=\"https:\/\/eunis.org\/awards\/dorup-award\/\">D\u00f8rup award<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Transmission to the <a href=\"https:\/\/eunis.org\/blog\/2017\/06\/12\/eunis-signs-collaboration-agreement-with-the-vietsch-foundation\/\">Vietsch Foundation for a funding<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Publication in the open access EPiC Series in Computing, indexed by Scopus (see <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/publications\/volume\/EUNIS_2021\">for 2021<\/a>). Papers proposed for publication will have to comply with the EasyChair publications template. Papers published in EPiC will not appear in the EJHEIT Journal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Deadlines<\/h2>\n<p>Abstract and full paper submission deadline: <strong>21 Feb, 2022 (now closed)<\/strong><br \/>\nNotes of acceptance: <del>7 March, 2022<\/del><strong> 4 April, 2022<\/strong><br \/>\nFinal submission of revisions: <del>21 March, 2022<\/del><strong> 11 April, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Presentation at the Congress<\/h2>\n<p>The Organizing Committee currently plans on holding the EUNIS 2022 congress with an in-person attendance format. We will be closely monitoring the situation related to COVID-19 and update the website accordingly, as soon as new information is made available.
