EUNIS 2024 registration
Registration is now open for the EUNIS 2024 annual Congress in Athens 5-7 June. Check out the Pre-Congress workshops programme (Tuesday 04 June) on our website and attend the sessions you wish.
Registration fees and deadlines
Participants are expected to register before the start of the event. The “Early bird” rates apply until 22 April.
EUNIS MEMBERS
“Early bird” fee: EUR 450 / Normal fee: EUR 550
NON-MEMBERS
“Early bird” fee: EUR 550 / Normal fee: EUR 650
Late registrations: EUR 700
Additional ticket for accompanying person (social events): EUR 250
Complimentary registration (sponsors, organising team, invited guests).
The prices include participation in the entire congress (05.-07.06.2024), including lunch, coffee breaks, social events and all congress materials. Prices do not include costs for arrival and departure, accommodation or meals other than those listed above.
Payment and cancellation policy
The registration form linked below is intended for individuals paying the registration fee from a personal account or by credit card.
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made 5 working days after the registration or till 5 working days after receiving the payment link.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations before 22 April are entitled to a full refund minus €50 processing fee.
- Cancellations between 23 April and 4 May will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations after 4 May.
