Description
- Build a scenario for the participants on their organisation’s strategy and help them map the impact on the HERM canvas.
- Structures discussion to identify what business challenges are that we then map to the value stream of HERM and identify what other impact such challenge has to the whole values stream
- In small working groups (per table) simulate a chosen strategy (and tackle the challenges identified) and then turn that into actionable activities based on the capabilities identified in the HERM model
- use a tool to create the first visualisations (of an possible Roadmap) through excel and powerbi tools (if relevant)
- Furthermore the participants will be mentored on how to approach such internal workshops step by step using the value creation mapping and choosing the right approach either strategy driven or Project driven change.
