Following up on the SIG’s recent position paper, this session will explore the group’s strategic goals on Open Science, present its key areas of focus, and invite participants to actively help shape the future agenda. After a brief introduction to the SIG and an overview of the current Open Science landscape, the session will move into a forward-looking discussion. In the second half, participants will be invited to examine a range of dystopian scenarios related to Open Science and collaboratively identify concrete ways to counter them, before jointly defining priorities and next steps for the SIG.
