Data privacy and permissions
We may take photographs and record videos at the event. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the organisers on the day.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change, so here is our policy.
Registrations cancelled by 30 April 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
We do not issue refunds after 1 May 2026.
You can transfer your registration to another person at any time by contacting congress@eunis.org
