We do not share or distribute your personal information (including email address) to any third party, but it may be accessible to staff who administer the conference site and registration platform.

Within the scope of the EUNIS 2018 Rectors’ Conference, a Conference Participation List with your name and affiliation will be distributed, in printed form, to the conference’ participants. Also, U.Porto will proceed to the capture of images and sound for strict purposes of make known the institutional activities promoted by the University and by EUNIS, in particular to disseminate these initiatives by the academic community, reproducing them in the University information system, newsletters and social networks used by the University and by the European University Information Systems Association (EUNIS).

The University of Porto, as responsible for processing personal data, guides its performance in strict compliance with the General Regulation on Data Protection, respecting the principles of the processing of personal data, using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the privacy and security of the personal data it treats.
