Rachael Hartley
Rachael Hartley is currently Senior Director for Oracle’s Education & Research Solutions Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa & Asia Pacific. Senior Education & Research Executive with extensive experience working within the education sector in a variety of roles on both the customer and supplier side.
She started as an academic before she moved into the management side of higher education. Her last role before joining Oracle was at Imperial College of London where she was Head of Management Information Services & Programme Director for the ICT Transformation Programme and was responsible for setting up, and running, a shared service for smaller universities and colleges. Her main interest has always been on how technology can enable & transform education organisations and she has carried out a number of consulting assignments around information strategies, quality assurance and transformational change within education.
