Marit Barstad
Marit Barstad, cand.philol, was born in Mo I Rana, Norway, in 1973. She has held the position as student adviser and international coordinator at the Department of Clinical and Molecular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, since 2009. She is the administrative resource on the international MSc programme in Molecular Medicine. She has also initiated several projects regarding student welfare, HSE-training, and projects regarding internationalization in the department. Marit Barstad has a Post graduate degree in Irish History, holds a teaching degree, and is involved in the Programme Board for the MSc in Molecular Medicine. Her tasks are also administrating the Master’s study in Clinical Health Science - direction obesity and health, and further education within obesity and health and biobanking field.
