Tim Riches
Tim is an Open Badges and learning ecosystems consultant with Navigatr. He leads on learning-technology strategy for Cities of Learning. Navigatr is developing a tool that connects people with new learning and work opportunities in cities using Open Badges.
Tim worked internationally with Mozilla Firefox foundation to support the adoption and growth of the Open-Source digital credentialing technology Open Badges and set up Digitalme, the digital credentialing arm of the City and Guilds Group.
Tim is a member of the IMS Europe Leadership Board. IMS Global Learning Consortium manages the Open Badges standard.
