Europe has shown great leadership by initiating European Universities, to enhance the quality of education and the competitiveness of Europe. The European Universities will accelerate the collaboration between European universities and European student mobility.
We have a great vision and we need digital solutions to support that vision now. Europe needs digital services that are secure, interoperable and meet with our shared public values.
The Netherlands has a national Acceleration Plan to address topics key for innovation in education. A similar model might help European Universities work together on a portfolio of interoperable private and commercial services that can be used locally, nationally, and at the European level.
Christien will show how the Values Compass and Trust Framework developed in the Netherlands are being used by the 1EdTech community to define a pan-European vision and deployable principles for our digital architecture.
Together we have the opportunity to write history.
