The Significance of Using Artificial Intelligence in Managerial Communication #67

This paper examines the current state and potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in team communication management. It begins with a description of existing AI applications in managerial spheres and their impact on management and communication within organizations. Furthermore, it identifies potential risks of AI implementation, such as distrust in AI accuracy and ethical issues. The main part proposes future research utilizing a chatbot to improve communication efficiency. This tool should assist in enhancing data gathering and evaluation while eliminating the risk of data leakage.
Effective communication between managers and their teams is essential for achieving organizational goals. With the rapid advancements in technology, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), there is growing interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance managerial communication with teams. This paper explores the potential benefits and challenges associated with the use of AI in managerial communication and provides insights into how organizations can effectively integrate AI to facilitate better communication and collaboration within teams. The conclusion underscores the importance of research for managers in the context of competitiveness in the AI era of management.
