Graduate of University of Athens with major in Mathematics (Applied Mathematics & Computer Science) and later MSc in Quality Management & Technology. From early steps, worked as Systems & Data Engineer, Digital Security and Quality Assurance Officer in IT companies for more than 20 years. During this period, roles varied between Engineering Team Leader, Technical Director and IT Project Manager, having experience and focusing on new technologies and cutting-edge solutions. Alongside the above, for 10 years, actively held the title of Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), engaging in technical training and certification for IT professionals. For the last 3.5 years joined Microsoft and specifically the Public Sector and Education segments. Through the initial role as Account Technology Strategist and now as Head of Education Sector for Greece, Cyprus and Malta, primary ambition and vision is the inclusion of Innovation, Cloud Computing and AI technologies in the new era, bringing them closer to the constantly evolving and demanding ecosystem of Educational, Academic and Research Institutions of wider region.
