Frédéric Habert
Frédéric Habert is EdTech Director at the University of Nantes. He has a degree in telecommunications (engineer), and a MBA obtained in 1989 and 1990. After a career with France Telecom, he joined the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research in 2005.
He created the department for Educational Technologies (“SPIN”) in Nantes University, the biggest university in western France with 43,000 students.
With a crew of 25, the department is in charge of implementing and promoting the use of EdTechs within the university and giving advice to the presidential team on e-learning and digital transformation.
