Lara Anastasiou works as a Customer Solution Manager at CSC – IT Center for Science, Finland. She has a strong background in developing stakeholder cooperation and interoperability within the Finnish higher education sector. Currently she focuses mainly on customer relations with a special interest in customer insight development and change management. She holds a M.Sc degree in Political Science from the University of Tampere with a minor in pedagogical studies.
