Juuso Kojo Juuso Kojo M.Ed.
With over 20 years of experience as an educator and training professional, Juuso is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to facilitate effective communication, interaction, and learning. Juuso worked previously as a project designer and educator at the University of Oulu, where he worked with the Learning & Educational Technology Research Unit to develop and deliver innovative solutions for teacher's digipedagogical skills in distance and hybrid learning situations. Currently he is working as a digimentor and digitalization of education coordinator in the Faculty of Education and Psychology. Juuso’s competencies include peer training and support for ICT skills, strategic design and utilization of digital learning environments, and technical and pedagogical proficiency in audio-visual technologies. He also has extensive experience in orchestrating remote events and implementing collaborative operational models and technologies. Additionally, Juuso advocates for digital frameworks and models that enhance teaching, such as TPACK, SAMR, and DigCompEdu. His mission is to empower teachers and learners to embrace digital transformation and achieve their educational goals.
