We’re excited to welcome you to the EUNIS 2025 Congress in Belfast, 4-6 June! Please fill out the form below to secure your spot.
Pre-conference workshops will be on 3rd of June, the registration will open in April.

Congress Fees & Registration Types

• Standard registration: Includes access to all sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, social events, and congress materials.
• Additional ticket for an accompanying person (social events only): £225.
• Complimentary registration: For sponsors, the organising team, and invited guests.

📌 Please note: Fees do not include travel, accommodation, or additional meals beyond what is listed.

Payment & cancellation policy

To ensure a smooth registration process, please note the following:

Payment details

• Payment must be completed within 5 working days of registering or upon receiving the payment link.
• All fees must be fully paid by the first day of the congress.
• Please note: as Ulster University processes payments in GBP, they have used an average exchange rate of 0.85 (EUR/GBP) based on the past year. We understand it may be slightly higher than expected after conversion to Euros and apologise for any confusion.

Cancellation & refunds

We understand that plans may change. Here’s our cancellation policy:

• Before 22 April: Full refund minus a £40 processing fee.
• 23 April – 4 May: 50% refund.
• After 4 May: No refund available.
