Hanna-Mari Puuska is the Director of Digital Service Ecosystems at CSC – IT Center for Science. Her business unit provides digitalization and information management services for the Finnish education and research and supports higher education institutions and other stakeholders in understanding and managing the transformation brought by AI. Puuska has 20 years of expertise in digital services, analytics, interoperability, and information management. She holds a PhD in bibliometrics and has authored numerous scientific publications on science policy and indicators.
