Abdelaziz Bouras
Pre-Award Manager at the Research Support Department of Qatar University
Prof. Abdelaziz Bouras is part of the Computer Science and Engineering Department of the College of Engineering at Qatar University. He is currently the Pre-Award Manager at the Research Support Department of Qatar University, under the Vice-President for Research and Graduate Studies Office. Part of his work is the implementation of innovative information systems for research management, including tracking and preservation. He contributed earlier to NIST working groups on LTKR (Long Term Knowledge Retention), CPS (Cyber Physical Systems framework) and STEP standards. He founded 2 international journals and published many papers and books, such as “The Sustainable University of the Future” recent Springer book which discusses the rapid changes taking place within the HEIs (https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-031-20186-8).
