The Belfast campus is located in Belfast city in the Arts and cultural quarter “Cathedral Quarter”. The link showcases this historic trading quarter which is a maze of cobblestoned streets and warehouses that are now home to trendy bars, beer gardens, clubs, restaurants and arts organisations. There is a very popular walking art tour beside the campus and the MAC theatre is a  minute’s way away. Even closer to the campus is the historic St Anne’s Cathedral.  A short walk away is the main shopping area of the city with a mix of high end retail, local craft and major high street stores. The City Hall is, again, a 5 minute walk from the campus and, 5 minutes in the other direction, is the river Lagan with its riverside walkways, public art and rich maritime history. Crossing over the Lagan bridge you are in Titanic Quarter with the iconic Harland & Wolff cranes and the Titanic visitor centre. There are excellent rail and bus links from nearby the campus for those who may wish to visit attractions such as Giant’s Causeway, Carrickfergus Castle, the Game of Thrones tour and the beautiful city of Derry~Londonderry.
