Call for submissions for the 2026 EUNIS Congress is now open!
We encourage submissions within any of our three tracks addressing digitalisation in higher education:

1. Call for Session Proposals
Share your ideas. Inspire the community.
Submissions for presentations, workshops and demonstrations are now open! If you are advancing innovation, creating impact or championing excellence in digitalisation higher education, governance or infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Submission deadline: 1 March 2026
The EUNIS Best Session Award will be chosen by congress participants, who will vote for the session that inspired them most, with the winner revealed at the Closing Plenary Session. The EUNIS Emerging Professionals Award will be selected by the Programme Committee and presented during the Congress Dinner.
2. Call for Scientific Papers
Advance knowledge. Shape the research agenda.
Submissions for scientific papers are now open! If you are conducting research addressing digitalisation in higher education, send in your paper. Submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process conducted by qualified academic experts.
The most engaging papers will be selected for individual presentation at the congress, whereas the authors of the other accepted papers will be sharing their research in topical discussion sessions. All accepted papers will be published in the EPiC Series in Computing. In addition, one submission will receive the EUNIS Best Paper Award. Papers submitted by regular EUNIS members that demonstrate outstanding implementation of information systems in higher education may also qualify for the EUNIS Elite Award.
