Engaging students in their digital experience Universities worldwide have become increasingly aware of the importance of their students' digital experience over the last few years. This covers both the experience of the curriculum and students' engagement with the university as a provider of services and a place of belonging. Digital technology also offers new ways of engaging students in dialogue and partnership. For three years, Jisc has been running a digital engagement service based around a student survey, which has had strong take-up in the UK and internationally. This talk will outline the key findings from the 2017 student digital experience tracker survey, and explore how is it helping universities to understand and respond to contemporary students' needs.
