Nicole is the Vice President of Higher Education Development at Oracle, where she works closely with colleges and universities globally to understand how the business, education, and research needs of higher education will shape technology requirements today and in the future. These insights are used to shape Oracle's product strategy in the higher education industry and the development of its new student system, Student Cloud.
Previously she was director of Research and Analysis at Ovum.
