Driving authentic assessment and competency-based education at RSM #73
Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) has developed a framework that distinguishes students by key competencies related to business roles. RSM needed a robust teaching and learning ecosystem that would enable it to 1) provide a personalised, skill-oriented experience on a large scale; 2) facilitate a shift to blended learning; 3) ensure a multi-stakeholder approach. RSM entered into a collaboration with FeedbackFruits which offers 15 tools designed to facilitate the implementation of effective pedagogies. The tool suite, integrated into RSM’s Learning Management System, Canvas, through the LTI 1.3 and API integrations, supports the institution’s goal of consolidating its educational technology ecosystem.
