Anu Turunen
Anu Turunen (BBA) works as an IT Specialist in the IT Services of Tampere
University. She has three decades of experience in customer service and ten
years of experience in IT customer service and IT communication for
customers. In her current work, she focuses primarily on bringing value to
customers and employees through developing IT processes and services and
her matter of heart is in improving customer and employee experience.
