Janne Teräslahti
Janne Teräslahti, Bachelor of Business Administration, graduated from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in 2013. He has been involved in IT and systems support since 1997 and is currently employed at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Since 2020, he has been developing and organizing the First Point of Contact service as the team leader and workplace supervisor. His current responsibilities also include change management communication and other communication-related planning tasks.
