Susana Reboreda-Morillo Susana Reboreda-Morillo
Susana Reboreda Morillo is currently Dean of the Faculty of History at the University of Vigo, Spain. She holds a PhD in Ancient History from the University of Santiago de Compostela and, since 1997 she has been Professor of Ancient History at the Faculty of History and held various management positions (dean, director of the Student Area and vice-dean). Susana teaches in the area of Ancient History. Her main areas of expertise include Greek Antiquity in general and, particularly, Homer, Greek mythology and women in ancient Greece (both in myth and history). For the last ten years she has participated in competitive research projects. She recently participated in a project of the European Union's Horizon 2020 Programme (693150) Crosscult: Empowering Reuse of Digital Cultural Heritage in Context-aware Crosscuts of European History (2016/2018). She is currently part of the Ministry's R+D+I project (HAR2017-82521-P): Maternities, filiations and feelings in ancient Greek and Roman societies. Alternative families and other non-standard kinship relationships (2017/2020). She is the author of more than fifty scientific publications related to her lines of research.
