Sabina Rako
Sabina Rako, Assistant Director and Head of the Service Development and Management Department at the University of Zagreb University Computing Centre (SRCE). She has obtained her M.Sc. degree from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Science. For the past two decades, she has actively contributed to the development and implementation of services for higher education. Her professional and research interests include service management, analytics, natural language processing, and emerging technologies to enhance higher education and the user experience. She is a member of EUNIS EA SIG.
