Piia Tienhaara
Piia Tienhaara works as a development manager in the Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) in Finland and is responsible for a team of experts including information management and data analytics. Her expertise areas include development perspectives broadly, such as management’s, organisation’s, services’, processes’ and systems’ development. During her over 15 years career in the HEIs she has carried through and consulted several quality systems’ audit processes. She is an active member in professional networks. Characteristic of her work is co-creation processes with different stakeholders.
