EUNIS is pleased to announce its call for contributions for the upcoming EUNIS 2025 Congress, offering the opportunity to share the community insights and innovative approaches that shape the future of higher education. This year’s focus highlights the role of AI and its impact on the community, addressing the pressing challenges and opportunities faced by higher education institutions (HEIs).
We invite prospective authors to submit proposals that explore advancements in research, cutting-edge solutions, best practices, and forward-thinking strategies in the following three tracks:
- Learning, teaching, and research

There are two options for submitting your contribution:
- Session proposal: Submit your idea for a creative and engaging session tailored to the diverse audience of the EUNIS community and complete the session proposal template
- Session proposal with a scientific paper: Complete the scientific paper template to ensure your work is reviewed for publication in the EUNIS Congress Proceedings and considered for the EUNIS Awards.
Submission is done via EasyChair system. If this is your first submission, you will first have to create an account (also see ‘how to submit’)
