Session III: Digital learning, focused on the student

The digital transformation most important challenge that the universities face is to ensure that the students (its main client) will be their central focus.
The university need to transform its perception of their students as mere groups into offering a personalized service to each one of them depending on their demands. Therefore, the challenge is to apply all kinds of tools and methodologies that can contribute to the efficiency of the learning process and to offer each student individual treatment that attends to special needs and requests.
