EUNIS and 1EdTech are collaborating with a range of partners (especially SURF and NTNU) to try and drive forward better collaboration on an interoperable digital infrastructure for education. The work is being initiated by two events taking a ‘flipped’ approach.
The key themes will be introduced during the 1EdTech Europe Leadership Summit to be held online on 3 and 4 October. Sessions of particular note are the keynote on building an ecosystem in line with European public values and a related panel discussion on 3 October. On 4 October Patrik will lead a panel discussion on experiences of adapting global standards to meet national needs (panelists from Norway, Spain and Sweden).
These discussions and audience input will feed into a Think Tank hosted by NTNU in Brussels on 11 October. Representatives of key European organisations will hold a working session to develop a white paper and action plan.
Registration for the online event is free and open to all:
Attendance at the Think Tank is by invitation only. We are almost fully booked. We have secured attendance by many key European organisations and have institutional representatives from Finland, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Switzerland. If you are from any other country and would like to request a place, contact gill.ferrell@eunis.org.
