Evelien Renders, an expert in digital education from SURF, will be one of the speakers at the upcoming TNC 2023 conference organized by GÉANT and hosted by RASH, the National Research and Education Network of Albania. The event will take place from June 5-9, 2023, in Tirana, the heart and capital of Albania. The conference’s theme is “Digital Generations,” which seeks to explore the challenges and opportunities presented by the information age for people of all ages. Evelien’s presentation, “World-class education? Interoperability is key! Enhancing education infrastructure and learner mobility through NRENs,” will focus on the need for standardization and collaboration among NRENs to align developments and define interoperability principles. The aim is to create a blueprint for education infrastructure and a framework for collaboration to achieve greater interoperability together.
