Øyvind Straume is data protection officer at Sikt. He has previously held the position of data protection officer at the European Social Survey, NORCE, Uninett, and NSD. Currently, he serves as a team leader for a data protection officer service. His team acts as the data protection officers for 10 organizations. From 2009 to 2017, he worked in an ethics committee for health research.
