Senén Barro
Senén Barro Ameneiro is the Director of the Research Centre in Intelligent Technologies (CiTIUS) at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). Former rector of the University of Santiago de Compostela (2002-2010). José García Santesmases National Prize in Computer Science in 2020. Author /co-author of more than 300 papers on AI. Promoter-founder of two spin-offs: Situm Technologies and InVerbis Analytics. Chair of the organizing committee of ECAI2020 and ECAI2024 -ECAI is the most important European scientific event in the field of AI, and one of the most important worldwide.
