Diana Aguiar Vieira
Diana Aguiar Vieira PhD in Psychology, Associate Professor and researcher in behavioural sciences at the Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP), Polytechnic Institute of Porto (P.PORTO), Portugal. Former Vice-Dean at ISCAP (2012-2018) and Pro-Rector of P.PORTO (2013-2018). Founder of the International Conference on Alumni Relations (8th edition in 2023 – www.icarealumni.com). Her research interests include higher education, self-efficacy, soft skills, alumni relations, career development, employability and coaching. She has been involved in international research projects and partnerships with European and Brazilian universities. She has numerous publications in national and international journals and was invited keynote and member of the scientific committee at several international conferences.
