Cancellation Policy

Registration and Accommodation:
Before 4th April - Full Refund
Between 4th April and 4th May - 50% Refund
After 4th May - No Refund
 
Social Programme:
Before 3rd June - Full Refund
After 3rd June - No Refund

VISA Information:
50 EUR of documents preparing for visa is non-refundable
