Excused: Gill Ferrell
The Board welcomes the four persons elected or re-elected to the Board:
Jan Madey, University of Warsaw
Hans-Dieter Weckmann, University of Düsseldorf
Mikael Berglund, Umeå University
Gill Ferrell, University of Northumbria
Then the Board unanimously elected the following officers:
President: Jan Madey
Vice-President: Ilkka Siissalo
Treasurer: Hans-Dieter Weckmann
Secretary: Ramon Grau Sala
and decided to hold the next Board Meeting in Latvia in October 2012.
