Draft minutes
The annual meeting of the EUNIS Council took place during the EUNIS2010 Conference in Warsaw, Poland on 24 June 2010.
1. Welcome and registration of participants
The EUNIS President Jan Madey (Poland) took the chair. The following Council members were present:

2. Election of new members of EUNIS Board of Directors
The following 2 persons were elected to the Board for three years to 2013:
