SHEILA survey on Learning Analytics
SHEILA stands for Supporting Higher Education to Integrate Learning Analytics. It is a project funded by the European Commission and led by the University of Edinburgh.
The project aims to assist European universities to become more mature users and custodians of digital data about their students as they learn online. The SHEILA project will build a policy development framework that promotes formative assessment and personalized learning, by taking advantage of direct engagement of stakeholders in the development process.
You can find out more from the SHEILA project website and we will be following the project progress in our webinar and workshop series.
The project is currently carrying out a survey that serves to understand the development and strategy of learning analytics at higher education institutions. From this they will develop a learning analytics policy framework that will be of value to all universities and colleges intending to develop their capabilities and capacities in this area.
EUNIS members who are interested in, or already implementing, learning analytics are invited to complete the survey.

Please complete the survey by 31st December 2016.
