Christa Winqvist is a senior IT leader with over 30 years of experience in leading people, technology, digitalization, and change in organizations. As the Chief Information Officer at Aalto University, Christa applies her guiding principle, “It’s all about the people!” to foster the wellbeing of IT teams, ensure stable IT service production, and drive the digital transformation of Aalto. In addition to her role at Aalto University, Christa actively participates in shaping the future of IT at both national and international levels.
