EUNIS is pleased to offer its members the opportunity to participate in a pilot pro bono coaching programme designed to support professional reflection, leadership development, and organizational growth. This initiative is offered by three coaches trained at Life Coach Italy, an ICF-accredited coaching school. The programme is delivered in accordance with the standards and ethical principles of the International Coaching Federation (ICF – https://coachingfederation.org/).

The pilot programme will consist of six online coaching sessions per participant, conducted via videoconference over several weeks. The number of participants will be defined in the coming weeks by the EUNIS governing bodies, based on the level of interest and the specific needs of the organization, but also in consideration of the limited number of coaches available. Participation is entirely voluntary and free of charge, as the programme is offered as a pro bono initiative while the coaches complete the required practice hours for their ICF credentials. Because coaching is most effective when participants are genuinely motivated, EUNIS is collecting expressions of interest through this short form.
