Angeliki Agorogianni, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece
Angeliki Agorogianni is the Vice Technical Manager for Services and Quality Assurance Manager at the IT Center of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She leads a team of over 50 members, delivering effective end-user services and support in a high-pressure IT environment for a wide range of IT services. Primarily acting as a user representative, her main responsibilities include planning, procurement, and management of ICT resources.
With over a decade of experience in synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, she has been instrumental in planning and implementing solutions for Aristotle University. She graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering (integrated master) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
An active member of the EUNIS Community for over a decade, she has also participated in European projects related to student mobility and student information systems.
