Representatives of the EUNIS Board took part in EDUCAUSE Annual Conference 2024 . This year it was held in San Antonio, Texas from October 21–24, 2024. An additional online portion is scheduled for November 13–14, 2024. This event brought together high-level higher education professionals and technology providers from around the world to network, share ideas, and discover solutions to current challenges in the digital transformation in the higher education sector. Highlights included premium programming on the latest trends, numerous networking opportunities and access to innovative technology solutions. Notable speakers included Dr. Brené Brown and Dr. Susan Grajek being also a speaker at EUNIS past Congresses.
Dr. Isabel Gallin, EUNIS Vice President and Business Relationship Manager Teaching and Learning of the Digital Office at KIT, Germany moderated three table sessions during the Annual Partner Summit of the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference 2024 . “Higher Ed Working Together with Industry,” focused on exploring collaborative efforts between the higher education sector and industry: What issues should higher ed and industry solve together? And how can higher ed and industry improve working together? “Association Partnerships; Wrap-up & Next Steps,” addressed the role of EDUCAUSE and similar organizations like EUNIS in fostering effective partnerships.
