Consolidated expertise includes digital transformation, innovation, AI, organizational cybersecurity hygiene, technology transfer, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Andrei is the director of the Digital Transformation and Data Analysis Department at West University of Timișoara, operationally coordinates the institutional digitization strategy, data infrastructure, and compliance processes. Advisor to the Minister of Education (multiple mandates), directly involved in public policies on digitalization, innovation, and technology transfer at the national level.
