EUNIS is pleased to announce the call for contributions for the EUNIS 2025 Congress (4-6 June 2025, Ulster University, Belfast, UK) under the theme Connecting Communities and Empowering Creativity. This event offers a unique opportunity to share community insights and innovative approaches that are shaping the future of higher education. This year’s focus highlights the role of AI and its impact on the community, addressing the pressing challenges and opportunities faced by higher education institutions (HEIs).
We invite prospective authors to submit proposals that explore advancements in research, cutting-edge solutions, best practices, and forward-thinking strategies in the following three tracks:
- Learning, teaching, and research
- Governance, policy, and institutional strategies
- Information systems and digital transformation

There are two options for submitting your contribution:
- Congress session proposal: submit your idea for a creative and engaging session tailored to the diverse audience of the EUNIS community. [Use this session proposal template.]
- Scientific paper proposal: ensure your work is reviewed for publication in the EUNIS Congress Proceedings, presented at the congress, and considered for the EUNIS Awards. [Use the scientific paper template.]
