As a board member, you will:

  • Represent the EUNIS community in your country and at international events.

  • Help guide the strategy and activities of our association.

  • Collaborate with other professionals across Europe.

  • Expand your network, share your expertise, and contribute to meaningful change.

What we expect from board members

  • A time commitment of approx. 2–4 hours per week.

  • Board period from July 2025 – June 2028

  • Institutional support from your organisation.
  • Availability to travel to two in-person board meetings per year:
    • A preparatory board meeting six months before the Congress.

    • The EUNIS Annual Congress.

    • Limited travel budget available

Your role includes

  • Participating in regular online meetings.

  • Engaging with EUNIS activities such as SIGs, events, and outreach.

  • Being an ambassador for EUNIS within your own network.

3 April: Call for board candidates published in the newsletter and on the website.

  • 3 April: Call for board members opened.
  • 9 May: Deadline for submissions.
  • Mid-May: Candidate list finalised and shared with the GA agenda.
  • 5 June: General Assembly and board election.
