Motivations:

  1. Why do you want to join the EUNIS Board?
I would like to join the EUNIS Board because I see it as a unique platform to contribute meaningfully to the digital transformation of higher education across Europe. EUNIS plays a crucial role in connecting professionals, institutions, and ideas to address shared challenges such as AI integration, data governance, and digital innovation. Throughout my career, I have focused on advancing and enabling digital strategy, IT governance, diversity, and academic technology within higher education. I believe that meaningful progress is driven by collaboration, openness, and the exchange of best practices—values that are core to EUNIS. Serving on the Board would give me the opportunity to represent the needs of my national and professional community, while learning from colleagues across Europe. I aim to help shape strategic initiatives, support Special Interest Groups, and actively contribute to EUNIS’s outreach and Congress activities. My institution fully supports this engagement, and I am committed to dedicating my time, energy, and expertise to help EUNIS increase its impact. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to support professional development, innovation, and digital maturity in our sector. Joining the Board would be both an honor and a responsibility I would deeply value.
  2. How will you contribute to EUNIS and its strategic priorities?
I am committed to actively supporting and advancing the strategic goals of EUNIS. Aligned with EUNIS’s objectives of promoting innovation and digital transformation, I bring hands-on experience in implementing cutting-edge technologies and both managing and enabling change within higher education institutions. I will contribute by sharing best practices and encouraging the adoption of new digital change solutions across the EUNIS community. To enhance collaboration, I will work to strengthen connections between institutions, both within my country and across Europe, facilitating knowledge exchange, joint initiatives, and participation in Special Interest Groups. I am passionate about fostering professional development and diversity and will actively support EUNIS training programs, webinars, and events focused on building digital capacity among staff and leaders in higher education. I am committed to increasing the visibility and influence of EUNIS. By acting as an ambassador within my national network and contributing to outreach efforts, I will help raise awareness of the association’s work and encourage broader participation in its initiatives. Through these efforts, I aim to help EUNIS grow as a vibrant, forward-thinking community that leads digital innovation in European higher education, strengthening the sector’s impact and ensuring its continued evolution.
